Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch is a professor for leadership and director of the Institute for Leadership and Personnel Management at the University of St. Gallen.
She is also on the board of the German Society for Personnel Management (DGFP) and advises top managers throughout Europe in the fields of organizational energy and organizational speed, New Work transformation and culture change as well as self-management for executives.
Heike Bruch was employed as a Senior Research Fellow at the London Business School and has been the head of TOP JOB since 2006 – an initiative for the selection of the best employers in Germany. She has received multiple rewards for her achievements, and, among these, she has also been selected three times as the leading expert in personnel research in the German-speaking world.
