During this workshop, the participants will “get in touch” and experience the four values of the agile manifesto (adaptability, transparency, simplicity, and unity) within a HR mindset, by using facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving techniques that are used by agile organizations all over the world. About The Speakers

MARIA JOÃO CEITIL

Maria João is currently the HR Consulting Coordinator at CEGOC. She also has extensive experience as a Consultant and Trainer in several areas, including Human Resources Management, Organizational Performance Management and Executive Coach.

She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (ISPA), a Master's Degree in Human Potential Management from the Instituto Superior de Gestão (ISEG) and a Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management, in the perspective of People Management, from the Universidade Lusófona.

She also holds several certifications and has undergone professional training in several specific areas, namely the Executive Coaching Certification by the European Coaching School of Lisbon, the Dynamic Coaching Certification by Go4 Consulting and the Initial Pedagogical Training of Trainers by CEGOC.

BRUNO HORTA SOARES

Professional experience in the Professional Services industry, particularly in areas related with Digital Transformation, Governance, Management, Risk and Security. Bruno started his career at Deloitte Consulting, worked for Information Risk Management area at KPMG and for Enterprise Risk Services area at Deloitte.

In 2012 he founded GOVaaS – Governance Advisors as-a-service, where he is currently Senior Advisor, and since then he actively collaborates with an ecosystem of local and international partners, particularly IDC Portugal where since 2015 he is Leading Executive Senior Advisor for Digital Transformation, Governance, Strategy and Security related areas. He has a 5 years degree in Management and Computer Science, from ISCTE and an Executive Program in Project Management, from ISLA.

He has the professional accreditations PMP®, CISA®, CGEIT®, CRISC™ and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. He teaches in different Executive Programs in several universities at Portugal and Angola, he’s founder and President of the ISACA Lisbon Chapter, member of several professional associations, and keynote speaker at various local and international conferences and seminars. In 2019 he was selected as the recipient of the ISACA Global Achievment – John Kuyers Award for Best Speaker.
