Marco Costa has over 18 years of experience in the software industry including SaaS and Cloud, 10 of which as a Senior Executive Manager and Board Member. He is passionate to build and scale-up product and engineering teams and to develop and mentor leaders. Has a strong international experience leading business expansion Western Europe, Brazil, Dubai and Singapore.
He joined TIMWE and Critical Software before joining Talkdesk, a company specializing in developing software solutions for cloud-based call centers. Now, he is the General Manager EMEA at Talkdesk – currently responsible for leading Talkdesk operations in Europe including the Engineering Center and Sales and Business Expansion in EMEA.
Marco holds a 5 years degree in Computer Science, a Master’s in Computer Science (Big Data) from the University of Coimbra and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD. He combines a strong technological background with people management, leadership, strategy, product and business development experience in global environments.
